Fairly clean traditional hotel with nice staff. Marvellous and incredible location - short walk to lively Creamall pedestrial retail shops leading to Shinkansen station where dinner restaurants open 5-8, and the old castle. Also, close to attractions.

The room was cozy with a comfy seating area and a fireplace that gave a homely vibe. As a karaoke lover, I felt right at home singing my heart out.
The concept of no toilet in the room was a bit confusing for me.

My weekend stay was made enjoyable by the comfy and clean room, along with the pleasant bedding. the location couldn't be beat for exploring the nearby old town and other attractions. Plus, the service staff went above and beyond, even assisting with alternative transportation when our plans went awry.
While the room lacked a private bath, the option to reserve a family private bath time softened the inconvenience. the small bathroom could be a downside for some guests, as could the absence of toilets in the rooms, which might surprise those unfamiliar with traditional Ryokan setups.
